Expertise from building to comprehensive property management

RNR developed and sold out over 70 luxury villas in Phuket several years ago. Only by building to this level of quality can one truly understand what makes a place not only special but given that they’re situated on a paradise island a long way from a major city, functional.

Our own villas are located in the exclusive development of Sai Taan Villas, Laguna, the ‘millionaires row’ of Phuket. We have other select luxury properties elsewhere on the island.

About Me

Rona Hosking CEO RnR Decor

I am a busy mum of three wonderful kids and my husband Michael and I chose to make Phuket our home and raise out children here in 2000.
In our time here we built and sold out a luxury villa project called Sai Taan in the Cherngtalay area of the island. We also manage the properties there, deal with rentals and services and re-sales.
I am an interior designer and designed most of the villas at Sai Taan.
I also take commissions from private clients for both design and improvement of other properties and we also have a showroom for
high end luxury furniture and artwork and I can be found there most days so drop by.
